Shaping the regional sporting community since 1908
The Barossa Light and Gawler Football Association (BLGFA) is a renowned and long-standing football league located in the Barossa Valley, Light region, and Gawler area of South Australia. Established in 1908, the BLGFA has played a pivotal role in shaping the sporting and cultural fabric of the region for over a century.
The BLGFA proudly supports nine clubs, each with its own distinct identity and history: Angaston, Barossa District, Freeling, Gawler Central, Kapunda, Nuriootpa, South Gawler, Tanunda, and Willaston.
As one of South Australia’s most competitive and celebrated football leagues, the BLGFA continues to thrive, bringing together players, supporters, and volunteers to create memorable moments both on and off the field.
